At Mito Red Light, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness journey, which is why we offer a 60-day trial period on all our red light therapy devices. If you are not seeing the desired results, you may return your product for a refund within this window, subject to our standard terms.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 60 days of delivery.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Device

    Ensure the device is in like-new condition and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all power cables, accessories, and manuals.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Affix your shipping label and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
